2023 marks the tenth anniversary of the French Foreign Trade Advisors' (CCE) Indice d'Attractivité du Territoire (IAT), produced in partnership with Eurogroup Consulting. In ten years, this index, which measures the attractiveness of France from abroad, has evolved positively, despite the shocks associated with social and health crises and major international developments.
Shaken by the war in Ukraine and its economic consequences, French business leaders are showing their uncertainty for 2023: 75% are concerned about their business forecasts for the coming year. But they are not giving in to defeatism. In fact, the deterioration in indicators is less marked than the context might have suggested. This Barometer, carried out in partnership with BFM Business and CCI France, presents the major outlooks of business leaders for 2023.
Who will be the Amazon of tomorrow's mobility? This is the question answered by a study conducted by Eurogroup Consulting and ESCP Business School. The study analyzes the evolution of mobility in 3 geographical areas of the world (USA, Europe and Asia) and the position of the major groups of players: manufacturers, public transport, new players, car sharing, digital players and regulators. To gain a better understanding of the mobility market and identify future scenarios, the daily lives of people in urban areas in these three regions were studied.
Since the signing of the Paris Agreements, the member countries of the European Union have been committed to achieving carbon neutrality by 2050. In France, the roadmap is the National Low-Carbon Strategy, adopted in 2015 and revised every five years. However, the national trajectory is currently insufficient. Between 2015 and 2018, France exceeded its "carbon budget" by 62 million tonnes of CO2. Published in April 2022, the report by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) estimates that three years remain to limit global warming to 1.5° Celsius.
Artificial intelligence is often presented as the driving force behind a revolution in customer relations. The customer journey, machine learning and chatbots are all tools designed to improve the customer experience for companies. But isn't the real differentiator in customer relations the ability to develop human intelligence? Eurogroup Consulting, in partnership with the Institut National de la Relation Client (INRC), is publishing a new edition of its white paper, Ressentir plus, pour (s') engager plus: le new deal de la relation client à l'ère de l'intelligence artificielle. This version, updated in light of the recent health crisis, presents the viewpoints of operational staff and unions on changes in their profession.
