How will I be supported during my first months on the job?
All consultants are supported throughout their career by a «career adviser».
Managers and directors are accompanied by a partner from the firm. Each consultant starts a training program adapted to his or her grade.

The consultant's career
What are the main evaluation criteria?
For both junior and experienced consultants, the assessment is based on two areas of development. The first concerns business skills, the second sectoral and functional skills.
For managers and directors, the assessment is based on three axes: a customer axis covering your business development and investment, a management and leadership axis concerning your team management, your contributions and internal commitments, and finally an axis covering your contribution to the transmission of knowledge and the firm's influence.
How does staffing work?
You may take part in one or more assignments, to which other consultants and/or operational managers may be attached. The number of people involved will vary according to the size of the assignment. Each assignment may last several months, and may involve travel and/or stays in the provinces or abroad, on an ongoing or ad hoc basis.
What are the particularities of the consulting business within the firm?
In addition to consulting assignments, each consultant plays an active role in the firm's sales initiatives and proposals, studies and publications. They can also get involved in the firm's operations: recruitment, training, career management, Eurogroup Autrement, our skills sponsorship program, or via our Works Council and its proposed activities.
