Our independent and sustainable governance model
Eurogroup Consulting's governance is based on a partnership shareholding model, guaranteeing its independence and durability. The firm is owned by its partners and employees, who are grouped together within Eurogroup Company, the umbrella company that federates the group's various entities and subsidiaries in France and abroad.
This organization fosters balanced governance, based on transparency, responsibility and the active participation of its members, in the service of Eurogroup Consulting's collective project.
They elect their Chairman on the basis of a three-year project. It is this body, meeting as the Partners' Committee, which makes the firm's major decisions.
Headed by Claudia Montero, Chairman of Eurogroup Consulting, is the operational management body, steering the firm's roadmap.
Headed by Gilles Bonnenfant, Chairman of Eurogroup Company, it sets the Group's overall direction and oversees its implementation.
Chaired by Romain Varène, the committee is consulted on the company's CSR policy and its application. It brings together Eurogroup Consulting's internal and external stakeholders.
Chaired by Tiphaine de Pommereau, it defines the ethical framework transcribed in an Ethics Charter and monitors its application.
