2024 Area Attractiveness Index: down but back to 2017 levels

Chaque année, les Conseillers du Commerce extérieur de la France (CCE) mesurent l’attractivité du territoire français pour les investisseurs étrangers . De cette évaluation, réalisée selon douze critères, ressort une note globale : l’Indice d’Attractivité du Territoire (IAT) réalisé en partenariat avec Eurogroup Consulting. La légère baisse de l’Indice global observée l’an dernier se confirme, voire s’accélère, et la note moyenne retombe pour la première fois à son niveau de 2017.

Par Caroline SCHWARTZ, Manager Le constat du dernier rapport du GIEC est sans équivoque : le réchauffement climatique est en cours – +1,1°C depuis la fin du 20ème siècle – et cette tendance se poursuivra si les émissions de gaz à effets de serre ne diminuent pas fortement et rapidement. La stratégie nationale bas-carbone a défini en France un objectif d’atteinte de la neutralité carbone dès 2050, avec un objectif intermédiaire de réduction des émissions de GES de 40% en 2030 par rapport à 1990. Le secteur hospitalier tient une position paradoxale : émetteur de 8% des GES en France, soit l’équivalent de 49 millions de tonnes de CO2, il contribue à la crise climatique autant qu’il en subit les effets, lui qui est en première ligne pour traiter les impacts sur la santé physique et mentale des populations.
