In a a context of major transitions and accelerating changes in standards and regulations, In today's global economy, all players, private and public alike, face numerous social and environmental challenges. In order to bring about positive transformations, the mastery of a A common base of knowledge on the challenges of transitions is fundamental.
CentraleSupélec Exed and Eurogroup Consulting have co-designed a academic and practical excellence, rich in more than 50 hours of training. The course alternates between different types of format and addresses the main social and environmental transition issues, without overlooking the responsibility of leaders. Courses are taught by both CentraleSupélec Exed professors and recognized professional experts.
The course tackles the main issues of transition, from CSR strategy, planetary limits, decarbonization and biodiversity, to social impact, diversity and inclusion, responsible HR policies and the responsibility of leaders.

TRAINING AS PART OF A BROADER APPROACH
For the second year in a row, Eurogroup Consulting has decided to train a large number of its employees in the challenges of transitions, in addition to its cross-functional specialists. Transitions.
The second year of the program started at the beginning of September 2023 with 15 new employees.
Committed to supporting our customers in positive transformations, Eurogroup Consulting has chosen to invest heavily so that a large proportion of our employees, beyond our specialists in Transverse Transitions, for which I am responsible, master a solid base of knowledge and skills on these issues. Our ambition is to have 75 employees trained and certified by mid-2024.

AN ITINERARY FOR CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS
The Parcours Transitions, which benefits from RNCP certification making it eligible for CPF, is intended to be open to partners and clients of Eurogroup Consulting and CentraleSupélec Exed.

FIRST CLASS CERTIFIED
24 employees, members of Comex and management, were certified in April 2023. By mid-2024, 75 employees will have been trained. This training enables participants to :

- Designing and supporting corporate and regional environmental strategies (decarbonation, biodiversity, natural resources...)
