15 new employees benefited from the second edition of the transition training course. Since April 2023, some 50 employees have been trained by CentraleSupélec and Eurogroup Consulting.
This 60+ hour program integrates a variety of formats and explores the major challenges of social and environmental transitions, while highlighting the responsibility of leaders. This route combines the academic excellence of CentraleSupélec Exed the professional expertise of Eurogroup Consulting.
A second class certified
For this second year, Eurogroup Consulting has decided to‘to broaden its training program on the challenges of transitions, with the aim of making a large proportion of its employees have a solid base of knowledge and skills. to support their customers in positive transformations.
This certification course is organized around the following main themes:
- Building a sustainable strategy by involving all stakeholders
- Defining and supporting responsible HR policies (Diversity & inclusion,...)
- Designing and supporting corporate and regional environmental strategies (decarbonation, biodiversity, natural resources, etc.)
- Helping companies define new governance models (contracting, ...)
- Meeting regulatory challenges and prepare for implementation of the sustainability report in compliance with the CSRD
A course on the challenges of transitions
In a context marked by major transitions and rapidly evolving standards and regulations, both private and public players are faced with multiple social and environmental challenges.
