The index is built around five indicators:
- Gender pay gap: 39/40 points
- Individual increase rate differential: 20/20 points
- Difference in promotion rates (only for companies with more than 250 employees): 10/15 points
- Percentage of employees receiving a raise following maternity leave: 15/15 points
- Parity among the 10 highest earners: 10/10 points
For the past six years, at Eurogroup Consulting, all these indicators have been stable and balanced overall. This year, as last year, three are at the maximum possible value, and one is well above average.
