At a time when the government is preparing to make major decisions for 2025, and in a particularly uncertain political, economic and social context, regional players - whether public or private - must find a way between drastic financial constraints, the need to make major investment choices for the future, and a multiplicity of injunctions, sometimes contradictory and sometimes at odds with their immediate interests.

Is the simple fact of being caring, creative, autonomous, agile, empathetic and communicative enough to create value in an organization? This question raises the issue of the balance between technical and behavioral skills, and the relationship between Soft Skills and Hard Skills. Is the current emphasis on Soft Skills to the detriment of Hard Skills? Our aim is not to set these two notions against each other, but rather to find a balance that complements them.

It's an open secret that the continuation of current business and consumption models, without change, re-interrogation or consideration of the living, is unsustainable and will lead us into a world where human foresight no longer makes sense, because we won't be around.

What if France's ETIs were an underestimated asset when it comes to influencing our society? Both creators of jobs - they employ 25% of the working population - and innovators in the field, they discreetly design and deploy solutions to the various challenges of professional integration and job retention in France. Thanks to their intermediate size, they have the financial strength to innovate and the agility to do so effectively. A capacity for impact that all players, and especially they themselves, must seize!

À l’occasion de la semaine de la mobilité durable, retour sur un événement qui a grandement contribué à son développement : les Jeux Olympiques et Paralympiques de Paris 2024. Dimanche 8 septembre, Paris a dit au revoir à ses Jeux avec la cérémonie de clôture des Paralympiques. Des Jeux qui ont connu un immense succès sportif et populaire, mais qui ont également été une réussite en termes de mobilité durable. Également appelée « écomobilité », elle vise à concilier les besoins de déplacement des personnes et à diminuer l’impact carbone des transports. Pour ces Jeux Olympiques, Paris 2024 s’était fixée des ambitions fortes et inspirantes.
