Ainsi, en Ile-de-France, l’Autorité Organisatrice des Mobilités (AOM) gère le processus d’ouverture à la concurrence pour les transports publics assurés par la RATP, la SNCF (Transilien) et les compagnies de bus OPTILE (Organisation Professionnelle des Transports d’Ile-de-France).
