Claudia Montero, the firm's Managing Director since 2020, was elected Chairman by the Partners' Committee on Thursday June 13.

She succeeds Gilles Bonnenfant, elected in January as head of Eurogroup Company, the holding company of the consulting group.. The election of Claudia Montero, who will take up her post on 1st September, is part of the ongoing transformation of the firm over the last few years.
Graduate of HEC Paris, Claudia Monterojoined Eurogroup Consulting in 1997 straight from school. With over 26 years' experience with the firm, she has worked with numerous players in the industrial, healthcare and public sectors.
In 2012, Claudia Montero joined Eurogroup Consulting's Executive Committee, where she held a number of positions, contributing to the firm's transformation and development.
As an ETI, Eurogroup Consulting has the resources and agility needed to make a concrete commitment and support major social, economic and environmental changes. This is one of the common threads running through Eurogroup Consulting's activities, which Claudia Montera wishes to pursue by focusing on three major challenges for the future: economic development, sovereignty and employment.
