The series of assessment criteria is applied by a team made up of both human resources staff and senior managers
Our junior school is a four-day integration course that allows you to acquire the basics of consulting. You are supported and trained as soon as you arrive by partners, directors, managers and consultants from Eurogroup Consulting teams.
The aim is to ensure you are as well-equipped as possible to approach your first consulting assignment with confidence.
You will be assisted by a mentor throughout your career and during assessment interviews conducted three times a year. He will guide you within the consulting world and Eurogroup Consulting. Your mentor will help you to progress and will listen to your expectations.
Each assignment you work on will be included in the assessment process. It will be subject to personal managerial monitoring in which your performance, skills acquisition and areas of progress during the assignment are evaluated. These points will provide an opportunity for dialogue between your mentor, your operational managers and you.
