Trainee and junior consultants
You have three situational interviews. Junior consultants also take an English test.
Senior consultants and supervising senior
Your recruitment process consists of four interviews, including a simulation. In addition, there is an English test. Senior supervisors can also take a SOSIE personality test.
Managers and principal
Your recruitment process consists of four interviews. In addition, you take a SOSIE personality test. Finally, you are also tested in English.
