CUSTOMER CASE

Structuring and deploying a mutual's job protection plan

Support for the management teams of a mutual company in structuring its PES in order to respond to economic difficulties and plan for the future.

Restructuring to ensure the company's economic viability

The health insurance market is undergoing far-reaching changes that are upsetting the economic equilibrium of the players involved: tighter regulations, greater emphasis on group contracts, shrinking margins year after year, transfer of health insurance costs, generalization of social protection for civil servants... These developments have had a direct impact on our customer.

Mission objective: design and manage a turnaround plan aimed at reducing costs, adapting the organization to new market conditions and restoring a stable and sustainable financial trajectory.

"The challenges of this assignment were major: to lead the company's turnaround while reconciling economic requirements, the quality of social dialogue and employee protection. Our support enabled us to structure and secure the timetable and the production of key documents.
