AI to make life easier for researchers

Simplifying the day-to-day life of researchers is a top priority for the development of research. Two major scientific research establishments in France have called on our teams to help them achieve this. We worked with them to define and test ways of simplifying the day-to-day work of researchers and optimizing the time spent on research. In this context, AI was identified as a lever for maximizing gains in simplifying processes and managing projects with institutions (AAP).

Our mission: to experiment with the use of AI to simplify the process of applying for European funds.

Commissioned by the DITP (Direction interministérielle de la Transformation publique) , teams from Eurogroup Consulting and Javaness offered shared support and a structured approach to the prototyping and deployment of trusted, sovereign AI, with high added value for researchers.
The teams greatly appreciated the support they received in prioritizing issues and finding operational solutions.
