Traditional approaches centered on a value proposition for employees tailored to a particular type of job are not enough. A new way of looking at the relationship with work must be envisaged; and concrete actions are now expected by employees to amplify their commitment. The commitment fresco available in French and Englishis the perfect way to initial diagnosis and build an initial architecture for an action plan. With Eurogroup Consulting, you can work effectively on the different levers of engagement and get moving by joining our community of "frescoers".
