Groupe BPCE and Eurogroup Consulting announce the planned creation of BPCE Partenaire Conseil, an equally-owned joint venture. This new structure, with its strong regional roots and personalized approach, will support the customers of Banques Populaires, Caisses d'Epargne and other Group establishments in their development, adaptation and transformation challenges.
The joint venture will be organized in the form of an SAS. It will be headed by a Chairman from Eurogroup Consulting. This joint venture reflects Eurogroup Consulting's desire to accelerate the development of its expertise, know-how and consulting services for SME and ETI managers in all key territories for the sovereignty of the French economy.
In an ever-changing economic and geopolitical environment, companies face numerous social, environmental and technological challenges that impact their business. BPCE Partenaire Conseil's tailor-made offer is aimed particularly at managers of SMEs, ETIs and institutional investors. It provides a response tailored to the economic realities of local businesses. In particular, BPCE Partenaire Conseil will support managers in defining and implementing their strategic priorities, and advise them on developing new markets, transforming their business model or optimizing their operations. Its interventions will be structured around a range of dedicated services:

With its head office located in the French regions, BPCE Partenaire Conseil will eventually be supported by over a hundred consultants. The firm has been working for several months to build the offers and frameworks that will be proposed by the establishments to customers and prospects. Our aim is to offer a wide range of expertise, in the same way as the major strategy and management consultancies, which focus on major economic players. Over the next 5 years, we expect to carry out more than 3,000 assignments. This will enable us to become a recognized, benchmark consultancy for our 200-strong customer base.
