The alliance formed by Eurogroup Consulting, BearingPoint and Seban Avocats has won a three-year contract to provide «Consulting services for organizational and HR transformation» from the Union des groupements d'achats publics (UGAP). This award recognizes the excellence of the alliance's public sector consulting practices, led by Eurogroup Consulting, its representative.

This «Organizational transformation and HR consultancy» contract is part of a consultancy offering designed to support all public-sector players, right down to the very heart of the regions, in defining and implementing more effective public policies. It also offers employee support services (individual and group coaching, etc.).
It covers the entire support cycle: diagnosis, performance approach, process overhaul, reorganization, business evolution, HR support, coaching, collective intelligence, legal advice on these transformations.
The alliance formed by the three firms will offer tailor-made solutions to public establishments, local authorities, social protection operators, hospital sector players and others with a public service mission.
