Learning Objectives

  • Develop leadership and coaching manager posture; and develop one's ability to give meaning to transformations for teams, drive and support change 
  • Develop strategic, big-picture thinking and foster a dynamic of agility and cross-functionality by undertaking multidisciplinary teamwork on a project outside one's area of expertise. 
  • Improve/strengthen customer culture: by developing customer-centric skills and methodologies‘ 

Trip duration: 6.5 days

  • Module 1 – Getting to know yourself better to understand your role as a leader manager: 1 day 
  • Module 2 – Developing your posture as a facilitator manager: 1.5 days 
  • Module 3 – Becoming an Agile and Inspiring Manager: 1 day  
  • Individual coaching 360 debrief + MBTI: 3 hours / participant 
  • Tutored project («Red Thread Project»): 2.5 days 

Terms and access deadlines

Training sessions take place at the client's premises (or a location they will have selected and booked) and at Eurogroup Consulting's offices, as well as online for certain modules.

  • Module 4: Gaining Impact in Speaking and Pitching: 2 days  
  • Individual mentoring MBTI + MOTIVA debrief: 2 hours / participant 
  • Team Coaching: Cross-functional Group Debrief, 2 hours / 2 groups
