The Eurogroup Foundation federates all our skills-based sponsorship initiatives. It supports community organizations in the fields of education and integration, health and research, culture and sustainable development, through two major programs: Eurogroup Autrement and the Grande Cause.
Eurogroup Autrement, our skills sponsorship scheme
We offer organizations with a strong social impact the opportunity to benefit from Eurogroup Consulting's expertise.
Twice a year, a call for projects is published and several associations apply for support. After a sponsorship phase by consultants, 3 associations present themselves to the Eurogroup Autrement jury, made up of outside personalities and Eurogroup Consulting staff. Depending on the jury's discussions and choices, a complementary association may also benefit from a lighter form of support.
The Great Cause, a collective approach to promoting associative commitment
Our employees can get involved in a variety of ways, from time to time, in a social issue that speaks to them, thanks to the programs offered by the Foundation.
A voluntary scheme, it combines awareness-raising, action or funding on the theme chosen by Eurogroup Consulting employees for a period of 2 years. Since February 2023, having elected well-being and mental health among young people, employees have been able to get involved in mental health-related events as volunteers, support associations on an ad hoc basis (impact measurement, language elements available to their investors, food drives, etc.), organize webinars, or contribute to knowledge of the subject internally via the distribution of institutional and associative resources.
Creation of a project imagined, designed and deployed in-house by Eurogroup Consulting employees.
Financial or human support for an association or scheme for a specific duration and number of activities.
Participation Participation in internal and associative events in associative events.
