Eurogroup Consulting achieves an excellent score of 98 out of 100 in the Gender Equality Index for 2024. This score increased by 4 points compared with the previous year.

This excellent rating testifies to our commitment in favor of professional equality, notably through exemplary management of individual increases, promotions, salary upgrades on return from maternity leave and balanced representation among the highest salaries.

Eurogroup Consulting, committed to this major social challenge

The firm ensures the practical implementation of a social ethic that often goes beyond regulations.

98 out of 100
overall score on the gender equality index

The index is built around five indicators:

  • Gender pay gap: 38/40 points
  • Individual increase rate differential: 20/20 points
  • Difference in promotion rates (only for companies with more than 250 employees): 15 /15 points
  • Percentage of employees receiving a raise following maternity leave: 15/15 points
  • Parity among the 10 highest earners: 10/10 points

For several years now, at Eurogroup Consulting, all these indicators have been stable, balanced or even increasing in relation to one another. This year, for the first time, four are at the maximum possible value, giving us our best score since the index was launched.

Professional equality between women and men has been the subject of measures enshrined in the law for the freedom to choose one's professional future promulgated on September 5, 2018.

Aware of the social and societal responsibility of our organization, as an employer, we intend to make equality a reality for everyone.
