Eurogroup Consulting achieves a very high score of 94 out of 100 on the Gender Equality Index for 2022, in line with the scores obtained over the previous three years.

This rating reflects our resolutely egalitarian policy on recruitment, remuneration, career development and training for all our employees.

Eurogroup Consulting commits to gender equality

We see diversity as an asset. That's why the firm ensures the practical implementation of a social ethic that often goes beyond regulations.

The index is built around five indicators:

94 out of 100
overall score on the gender equality index
  • Gender pay gap: 39/40 points
  • Difference in individual increase rates: 20 /20 points
  • Number of employees receiving a raise following maternity leave: 15 /15 points
  • Parity among the 10 highest earners: 10/15 points
  • Difference in promotion rates (only for companies with more than 250 employees): 10/10 points

At Eurogroup Consulting, all these indicators have been stable and balanced over the past five years. This year, three are at the maximum possible value, and one is well above average.

Professional equality between women and men, a Major National Cause of the previous quinquennium, remains a major societal issue. In addition, it has been the subject of measures enshrined in the law for the freedom to choose one's professional future promulgated on September 5, 2018.

Aware of our role as an employer, we intend to transform the world on our own scale, by committing ourselves on a daily basis to making equality a reality for all.
