Eurogroup Consulting is offering its fifth "Parcours Rebond" immersion session to combat age-related discrimination in hiring.
This approach is part of a comprehensive set of actions implemented over two years ago, which is proving effective in enabling individuals over 45 who are far from employment to apply for the position of junior consultant and join our teams.
In this context, we propose a tailored recruitment process in the form of professional immersion within a mission program.
For the selection, the CV is not taken into account at all in the selection of participants for the immersion week. Therefore, none of the criteria related to past experience in consulting professions or managerial responsibilities are discriminating.
Identical since the program's launch in 2023, the selection method focuses primarily on the candidate's desire to learn or relearn a trade, their awareness of the expected attitude, and their ability to demonstrate adaptability, motivation, and curiosity.
Following the presentation morning on March 20, the firm received 25 applications, of which six candidates (four women, two men) were selected to participate in the immersion week taking place from April 13 to 17.
At the end of this period, candidates will be able to confirm their desire to join the firm.
Year after year, the success of this program continues to be confirmed, with 12 junior consultants already recruited since August 2023.
