On the occasion of the VivaTech trade show, Eurogroup Consulting has committed alongside the Human Technology Foundation to officially launch the «Agentic AI and Work» coalition with over 25 companies. This collective initiative aims to anticipate, organize, and support the impact of this new generation of artificial intelligence on jobs, skills, and work organization.
A major technological turning point for organizations
While generative AI has so far served as an individual assistant for employees, the advent of agentic AI marks a technological breakthrough. Capable of automating entire processes autonomously and with planning, this evolution profoundly transforms the nature of jobs, the skills required, and organizational structures.
Faced with this shared observation during the official launch on the main stage of VivaTech On June 19, 2026, the Coalition set out with the mission to make this transition a lever for performance and innovation, while placing professional dignity and the human element at the heart of the approach.
A concrete roadmap to anticipate and act
As an active member of this initiative, Eurogroup Consulting will actively participate in the Coalition's work, which is structured around three strategic objectives:
Anticipating the concrete transformations of agentic AI on daily tasks and functions.
Identify skills gateways and design tailored training paths to guide employees toward the jobs of the future.
Rethink organizations to maximize sustainable, inclusive, and skilled job-creating value.
Starting in the summer of 2026, the initial impact analyses will be launched, followed in the fall by a mapping of functions under pressure and the design of inter-company mobility tools.
Eurogroup Consulting's commitment to a responsible future of work
For our firm, joining this dynamic alongside major institutional partners and leading players strengthens our positioning on the issues of responsible organizational transformation. As highlighted by our partner Felix Humbaire, the challenge is to support our clients and our own teams with clarity in the face of these changes, transforming technological challenges into sustainable opportunities.
Visit Coalition remains open to organizations wishing to engage in this future-oriented discussion.
