Learning Objectives
The Group's various internal consulting firms regularly refresh their staff by bringing in employees from other business units within the Group, from external consulting firms, or upon graduation. The purpose of this training is to build a common foundation of skills essential for carrying out the entity's missions. The different training modules allow consultants to update their skills on the fundamentals of their new profession.
- Understand the principles and steps of a consulting mission
- Grasp the level of expectations for written production and have the right methodologies
- To appropriate the approach and problem-solving methods
- Understand the ins and outs of the proper posture for the internal consultant profession

Training location
Training can take place at our premises or at the client's premises.

Alternation of descending modalities and practical exercises carried out in small groups, case studies, role-playing exercises
Assessment methods
Skills assessment quiz conducted at the end of training, either immediately after or at a later time.
