With the exception of the quality of their relationship with express carriers and their perception of customs formalities and procedures, the rest of their satisfaction is average.\u00a0<strong>scores are around or above average.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c1adaa6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c1adaa6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Relations with RDE service providers (excluding express operators) are satisfactory<\/h2><hr style=\"border: 0; height: 2px; background-color: #00ade9; margin: 0 0 2em 0;\" \/><p>Relations with RDE service providers (excluding express operators) are rated as very good (average score 7.7).<strong>\u00a0The quality of the service offered, the relationship and the conformity of invoicing and reporting<\/strong>\u00a0are the 3 points on which loaders are most satisfied, with scores of 7.8, 7.9 and 8.0 respectively.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0f60c64 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0f60c64\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Quality of relations with express carriers is least satisfactory for shippers<\/h4><hr style=\"width: 70px; height: 2px; background: #00ade9; border: 0; margin: 0 0 2em 0;\" \/><p>Transmission of customs clearance data and information by express carriers\u00a0<strong>remains the main point of dissatisfaction for shippers<\/strong>This is reflected in a below-average overall score (4.6).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-17ca567 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"17ca567\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Shippers' confidence in customs formalities and procedures is very low<\/h4><hr style=\"width: 70px; height: 2px; background: #00ade9; border: 0; margin: 0 0 2em 0;\" \/><p>On the whole, shippers appear to be worried about and not very confident in the evolution of customs formalities and procedures, whether in terms of customs declarations or the fluidity of customs operations (score of 4.9).<strong>\u00a0Perception of customs service cost trends remains highly negative<\/strong>\u00a0(with a score of 3.9), loaders are very pessimistic.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0bb1a11 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0bb1a11\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>The quality of shippers' relations with the customs administration is quite satisfactory.<\/h4><hr style=\"width: 70px; height: 2px; background: #00ade9; border: 0; margin: 0 0 2em 0;\" \/><p>Shippers appreciate the interaction with customs officials (overall score of 6.6), as well as the advice and assistance provided by the administration. With a score barely reaching the average,\u00a0<strong>on the other hand, shippers seem worried about future regulatory developments.<\/strong>\u00a0(5.2 rating).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6577f8f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6577f8f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>The overall perception of inspections and disputes remains average<\/h4><hr style=\"width: 70px; height: 2px; background: #00ade9; border: 0; margin: 0 0 2em 0;\" \/><p>The perception of customs controls and disputes is barely above average, mainly due to the following factors\u00a0<strong>their complexity, impact on flows and resources<\/strong>\u00a0which the latter require to be put in place. Acceptability of customs penalties remains low. Shippers' perception of controls and disputes should improve over the coming years.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b969b55 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b969b55\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Customs managers have mixed views on their role within the company<\/h2><hr style=\"border: 0; height: 2px; background-color: #00ade9; margin: 0 0 2em 0;\" \/><p>The perception of the Customs managers questioned as to the positioning of their role at the right level within the company, and their satisfaction with the level of remuneration, is barely above average (score of 6.1).<\/p><p>Customs officials are skeptical about the<strong>\u00a0customs skills management<\/strong>\u00a0in their companies, which is judged to be well below average (score of 4.0). In a context where the profession has\u00a0<strong>difficulties in recruiting, training and upgrading<\/strong>\u00a0This will be a point of vigilance for future
